As longtime residents of New York, Brucie’s bakers and pasta gurus have been making and eating true Italian for years. Their work on Brucie’s famous tagliatelle dish has been featured in countless articles in magazines and food blogs, including NY Magazine’s GrubStreet and Time Out: New York.

Join us in the kitchen at Brucie to make your very own tagliatelle and mozzarella from scratch. They’ll walk you through making the pasta dough and proper rolling and cutting techniques using a pasta machine. You’ll also see the correct ways of kneading and shaping your cheese curd into delicate fresh mozzarella. Learn how the interplay of flavors, colors and ingredients affects the dough, curd, and the finished products, all while enjoying a complimentary Prosecco Mimosa. Then take your fresh pasta and cheese and some of Brucie’s famous red sauce home with you to impress your closest with a dinner for two.
